Last Update: Tuesday, July 26, 2005
Welcome to One and All
This website is truly dedicated to the TRUTH as it relates to history, today, and, in some regards, tomorrow. This the cyber home of the Midnight DJ. And who is the Midnight DJ? First off the name speaks more to the plight of the midnight disc jockey who really never knows if anyone out there is listening. It's the same here. All that is known is that the Midnight DJ hopes to present food for thought and consideration concerning a wide range of issues associated with life on the planet earth. The Midnight DJ is a citizen of the United States of America, and a military veteran. This website was constructed to hold information concerning the unheralded contributions of those all but forgotten by history. There are also commentaries addressing various issues that impact life in general, and specifically the lives of those U.S. citizens called "minorities". The United States of America is a very young nation in comparison to Italy, France, Egypt, and other nations rich with thousands of years of cultural history. The U.S.A. has yet to turn 300 years old, and one result is that the U.S.A., as a nation, is rather immature. We are a rich nation, but cultural maturity is not the result of material accumulation, or technical advancements.. Be sure to book mark this location because the site is far too large to explore in a single cyber session. You are asked to sign the Guest Book and share your impressions with the managers of the site, and our other guests. This is a look at the history of the United States of America as it relates to black Americans specifically, however, the contents present, and discuss, many of those whose actions, contributions, dreams, and beliefs help mold was is today the United States of America. Section includes photographs, brief biographies, and historical tid-bits. In the United States of America racism always comes first. Racism is the cancer that plagues what could be the perfect example of a free democratic society. Some of those people from the far, and not too distant past, that have stamped their footprints upon the pages of history, and contributed to the enrichment of mankind. Fair warning. This is where the Midnight DJ blows off steam. Here are commentaries associated with subject matters that range from abortion to racism. This is the "One Man's Opinion" section of the site where the Midnight DJ shares his views, beliefs, and observations. A Message Board will soon be coming to allow you, the visitors here, to provide your two cents worth. This section is dedicated to the innocent that have perished. Unfortunately, this section has to be updated far too frequently as man continues to operate from a hate base. STOP THE HATE The technology that makes it possible for you to visit this site will undoubtedly impact future communications dramatically, but it is unlikely that books will become passé. There are literally millions of books written by the hands and through the minds of many. Many in the U.S.A. prefer visual and audio communications, but for many the book remains that window into the thoughts of others. Some interesting spots to visit in cyberspace. Looking for facts, or fun? Visit this section and you will find both, and more. There is a new breed of model that has come about as a result of the Internet. The Internet Model has now joined the ranks of other professional models. Travel anywhere in the world. Midnight DJ Banners for those that want to share this site. How many times has it been said never to discuss religion or politics? As it is these two subjects, because of their impact on our lives, is what we should discuss most frequently. Free societies, like the U.S.A., are managed through politics. Our leaders elected by popular vote (sometimes) and are sent to our various seats of government to ensure that the needs of their constituents are being addressed. Many of these politicians take office with the resources of a moderate, middle-class citizen, but leave office millionaires. We, especially those in free societies, best to talk a lot about politics, and be sure to VOTE. Today, and for far too many days, people are murdered in the name of God. Women are being beaten in the name of God. Lands are stolen in the name of God. Planes are crashed into buildings killing innocent people; also using God's name. We better discuss religion, or sit back and watch our world destroyed in the name of God.
